Pilates Classes
Pilates is a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body`s postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement.
It is beneficial for:
- General fitness and body awareness.
- Injury prevention
- Rehabilitation work
- Improvement of technique for athletes and dancers
Pilates helps to:
- Increase and create a balance between strength and felexibility
- Create an awareness of and strengthen dynamic stability
- Improve coordination
- Release stress
- Improve posture
Yvonne Anderson, one of our senior physiotherapists organises these classes three times a week.
Monday 6.00pm - 7.00pm & 7.00pm - 8.00pm Wednesday 7.00pm - 8.00pm

Private Medical Insurance
Most private medical insurance policies do provide cover for physiotherapy treatment. If you choose to use your insurance to pay for your treatment costs please check the requirements and limits placed on your policy. At Paisley Physiotherapy Centre all policies are accepted.
